So, everything in my life seems to revolve around weddings as of late. I'm getting married to Trevor on Saturday, November 7. I'm super pumped, but I realize that I have a lot to do and apparently in "wedding time" not a lot of time to do it.
- I'm trying to follow my budget. My friend, Janelle, is currently posting a wedding series on her blog. She has good insights. Most of the stuff I already knew, but it's nice to have it all in one place. Thanks friend!
- I have a wedding website. I should probably update it at some point. I don't even have the entire bridal party up there yet. Shame on me!
- I'm going dress-looking next Friday with my stepmom and future mother-in-law. I'm nervous and excited.
- To go a long with that, I'm on a diet. Since Easter, I have been following the Slim4Life plan. I'm a bit frustrated and it doesn't help that there is always goodness/chocolate/sweets in the kitchen at work. Sigh. I have no self-control when it comes to that stuff which has gotten me here in the first place, but that is a whole other post within itself. I'm still losing slowly which is something. This stresses me out when I think about my dress-looking experience next week.
- Grey's Anatomy has been all wedding. They have a wedding site as well. For those of you who love the show as much as me, you should watch it online since Brian Busby had the nerve to talk about a tornado during the whole show (it wasn't even in the KC Metro). After you watch it online, read this. I loved the show and cried and smiled and was happy, but I'm nervous for the two-hour series finale. Why do I care so much?
So, I'm all wedding. I even plan pre-marital appointments with pastors as part of my job so it never ends.
